The programme and Gantt chart were constructed using the timetable information provided from the class hand-out. The creation of the programme in week 1 has led to many estimated durations and start times for activities. A revised programme will be created in week 5 after feedback from staff has been obtained at the discussion. The programme was marked up at the start of each week to aid the review and recording of progress. This will become invaluable in identifying areas of weakness or strength in the project.
